Program Management

BGEMS has more than 20 years of operations management experience, thus, BGEMS can help with managing and running programs or organizations.  The specific areas of expertise are in education, community engagement programs, specific events (large and small).

Presently, BGEMS has a contract with Simpson County Board of Education to provide management for the Confucius Institute of Western Kentucky program designed to recruit Chinese teachers from China, and partner with K-12 schools and organizations in the state of Kentucky.  As listed above, BGEMS have provided a fully articulated curriculum to provide Chinese language instruction, teacher training and development, and building partnerships with school superintendents, principals, and American teachers to provide students with a high level of Chinese instruction.  For more information, please visit ciwky.org.
